First of all i'm impressed for the easy installation, and everything seams works.
I have a question for you.

I have ie. the condition page - conditions.php - ezpage

Now i see that i have the SEF url
but i'd like to have
http://www.mydomain.ext/condizioni-di-vendita.html (italian)
How can i do this?

The software choose the word "conditions" as it's the name of the conditions.php file?

conditions.html (condition.php) is not an EZ Page, it is static PHP page. To create a Conditions with desired title, just add EZ Page in Zen Cart admin panel.
