[Zen Cart] Where to install Sitemaps

I thought that the sitemaps was going to be installed by Product Support as part of the MSU Install but I can not find it anywhere. So here come the questions:
1. Where do I place the Sitemaps folder and sitemaps.php file? My file structure is mydomain.com/catalog/includes so does it go in the root (above the catalog folder), in the catalog folder or the catalog/includes folder?

2. Once the files are in place, nothing needs to be done to generate the sitemaps file? I am used to the Google XML Sitemaps where you had to generate the xml file.

Please advise.

Jiri, if you get this you have my ftp information if you would like to install it.

Aaron

The only thing you need to do is submit following Sitemap in Google Webmaster Central: http://cowspotbeads.com/catalog/sitemaps.php

Great work - great support - great tool! Thank you for your whole work and your great support. We're very glad with the plugin and our online portals now run much faster than before.

Magic SEO URLs seem to be having a really positive effect on our ranking and look so much cleaner in the browser than a random set of numbers. The sitemaps have also saved me a lot of time!
