Postby gocareer » Wed May 21, 2008 4:57 pm

Hi all,

Please point out a demo (live is better) site with multiple language that using magic seo url? My test site doesn't do well with ultimate seo url. I'd love to move forward with a good working seo url.

Thank you.

Demo shop is running in single language mode, but here are some web sites (selected from Live Shops) running Magic SEO URL for ZenCart in multi-language mode:

Thanks ~J~. Those site look good with MSU and other languages.

I'm implementing one shop in Chinese (traditional). Any demo for that too? Or the purchasing include the support for that? ;)

Testing the ultimate url doesn't work well with with product under Chinese will display as something like 0908348022279933609337403211439636-p-1.html in url instead of seo url displayed in english one. Besides, all the live sites here are using different top folders to separate the languages. Is it a common zen cart configuration? Thanks.

There is no Chinese web site yet, but MSU supports UTF-8 and any other character encoding can be added. You can also request full refund if MSU will not work as you expected.

The default top folder depends on default language which can be defined in ZC administration panel.

- I try to not waste both you and my time for that refund process. I rather pay for something really work. You are close to get me there :)

- I have the site default to English and later installed Chinese. But didn't see any way to set up "en" and "cn" folder in zen cart administration. Please advise.

Names for folders reflect language codes defined in Zen Cart administration panel - Localization - Languages (admin/languages.php).

I did define the folders as "english" and "chinese-tc" both at the admin panel and on the server.

I am giving USU one last try before giving up on the open source...
