We have checked your server and PHP is not working properly there. It is a low level problem. I would suggest you to re-install PHP with pure not-modified PHP version (we met exact similar problem about four times during last 5 yrs and fixing PHP helped).

We still see exactly same PHP version with exact same config. Please start from scratch with pure unmodified PHP version and with no additional ini configuration files.

Since your problem started when you have move to dedicated server, it is a server problem. Please make sure you are using pure and latest PHP version with no patches installed.
