[Zen Cart] Modified installation / Magic SEO compatibility

I am building my new zen store and will be using a modification not found on the zen site. It's a slide show that appears in an iframe on the product info page. Essentially the tpl_module_product_image page has been cleared out except for the reference to the iframe which is built from files inside the main images folder of the store. This is a sample page (configuration is not complete but the slideshow is in place.

Also, I'll be implementing a mod for product notification on out of stock written by Ceon.

So, will Magic display these correctly?

(Sadly, the transition blend effect on the slideshow only shows in IE. FF browsers get slides but no soft fade)
