[Zen Cart] Empty .htaccess file

After changing permissions and altering the php file, I've opened my home page + others on returning to the htaccess file it remains empty.

Please make sure .htaccess file is writable by PHP scripts and ZO is properly installed and setup (it loads file in some cases, but is unable to execute). If you post me your FTP login details, I will know more.

Solved (installation line was placed on bad line in application_top.php file).
