[Zen Cart] Custom Rewrites

Hello,

I love Magic SEO however I'd like to change one thing in the URLs.

My URLs are like this now:
http://www.site.com/categoryname-number
http://www.site.com/productname-number.html

I'd like to force the same word in front of all products and categories to make it like this:
http://www.site.com/word-categoryname-number
http://www.site.com/word-productname-number.html

I would like help figuring out how to make sure that http://www.clevershoppers.com is the same thing as http://www.clevershoppers.com/index.php?main_page=index when people type it into the url. I would to make sure that when on the home page, the url is always http://www.clevershoppers.com

Any updates on this, as we need to implement it on our zencart as well
I am using zen-cart v1.5.0
and Inveo Magic SEO version: 1.2.00
