[Zen Cart] Changing Web Hosts

We recently purchased and installed Magic SEO URLs with Zen Cart about 1 month ago.

We now have to change Web Hosts and need to migrate the functionality for Magic SEO URLs. Do you have any details on how we can set this up with our temporary domain name until our DNS is cut-over and we have fully tested the new solution?

If you are moving your site to the other host, no special actions are required.

Thank you for your response. I made sure to copy the files over via Binary transfer mode.

But when the site loads on the new host I get all ??????? marks at the top of the page (Zen Cart).

Can you assist me in making this work on my new host? I would like to cut-over ASAP.

It usually means some files are corrupted or there is no or too old Zend Optimizer installed.

If you purchased Standard package, post us your FTP credentials. Otherwise you will need to purchase installation service at http://www.magic-seo-url.com/updates/

Okay, thank you very much for your response. We appreciate your support of this software.

We have installed the zen optimizer properly and uploaded the files properly. There are no errors being generated on the site, but the URL re-writes are not working on the temporary URL.

How can we trouble shoot and resolve this issue? It is the only thing that we are waiting on before we close our current site, migrate latest data, and switch over DNS. Please let me know how this can be resolved.

Magic SEO URL only works on URLs which were specified in order. If you want to add a test web site, please contact us by email.
