I installed Magic SEO URL successfuly, but it's only redirecting to the new URLs, when you hover over a link in the category pages, it still shows the old URLs.

You have purchased MSU for http://www.phylliseig.com/zen/, but your Zen Cart installation is configured to http://phylliseig.com/zen/. Open includes/configure.php and make appropriate changes.

You're referring to the zencart installation's root includes folder?
I added the www to this icludes/configure.php as well as admin/includes.configure.php. Still no change to the links.

According to what I am seeing at http://www.phylliseig.com/zen/ your Zen cart installation is still not configured to http://www.phylliseig.com/zen/.
