Uninstall Instructions

I would like to temporarily uninstall MSU to test other aspects of the site but there is no uninstallation instruction for this. I know that I can simply remove the line added to application top but that doesn't solve the problem created as a result of indexed MSU urls.

When the line is removed from application_top.php there needs to be instructions on how to tell .htaccess file to either permanently/temporarily redirect MSU indexed pages back to the original Zen Cart url.

I think that an uninstall process that includes changes that are needed in the .htaccess will be a welcome addition.

Original post already contains answer... it is not necessary to setup redirections, simply left .htaccess file as is and everything will work correctly even if you temporary disable MSU for testing.
