Sitemaps questions and Magic SEO URL

I want to purchase Magic SEO's and it says it will include a free sitemap software as well, is this in comparison with http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/?

Sitemaps are not included in Magic SEO URL package, but are available at http://www.magic-seo-url.com/sitemaps/ (visit for feature list) separately free of charge.
