It does not work because forum does not return an XML file (it returns a page with "Désolé Invité, vous êtes banni de ce forum" message).
You can find the entire output on the FTP at public_html/cache/blockrsspro-data.xml file (you will likely need to unblock 127.0.0.1 or your server IP in the forum configuration).

In order to resolve this issue, please whitelist 91.207.255.62 (IP of your server) at SMF admin panel (it is currently blacklisted by 91.207.*.*).
As soon as you do so, delete public_html/cache/blockrsspro-data.xml file (to immediately refresh the block content) and it starts to work
