[phpBB3] MSU for phpbb doesn't work on localhost

hi,
I succesfully installed the msu script online on my linux web server (with the kind help of Jiri) - http://forum.hostpedia.org
But, the same version still doesn't work on my windows localhost.

On my localhost I use the same address (forum.hostpedia.org) using a proxy and proper configuration with apache.
When I try to go to http://forum.hostpedia.org on my localhost I get:

Do anyone know what went wrong?

Magic SEO URL works only on enabled URLs. Test web site may be also enabled, but have to be public-accessible.
