[phpBB] 3.1.9 - can't activate my Magic SEO

I just bought Magic SEO for phpBB, i am using phpBB 3.1.9 and after uploading via Fillezila and need to (step 6) activate by adding ?inveoActivation, now it is still the same after refresh the broswer. I still can not enter the S/N

Dear Customer,

We've deleted the cache/data_hooks.php file using the FTP credentials you've sent us and everything should have been working fine now :-)

yes I managed to activate it and finished the step. like changeing .htaccess permission to 666 and reload it but the html address on browser is still the same ,and i check back, it turned back to "not active". What did i miss ? Should I ask you to install it and pay more ?
