[osCommerce] Zend Optimizer is not installed

Hi - My website is now saying that the zend optimizer is not installed - Website address is
http://www.teddybearmaker.co.uk.
This has only just happened and i cannot understand why. It looks like the php.ini file is still there but is not working......
Can you please help with this.

No idea what could happen. Please contact your host support in this matter.

Hi - Thanks for the reply. I have contacted the host and they have said nothing has changed as far as they are concerned...
Do you offer support in this matter with regards to it stating that Zend is not installed and any ideas as to why this is now stating this.

Noit sure if this is part of the problem but there does not appear to be any .htaccess file anymore

Ok I have also emailed my host as it would appear that the .htaccess file has been removed and when i try to re upload it i get a 550 error... How do i comment out the script to prevent it from running until i can get this resolved please.

You can disable Magic SEO URL in any time by commenting out installation line in includes/application_top.php file.
