No idea what could happen. Please contact your host support in this matter.
Re: [osCommerce] Zend Optimizer is not installed
Hi - Thanks for the reply. I have contacted the host and they have said nothing has changed as far as they are concerned...
Do you offer support in this matter with regards to it stating that Zend is not installed and any ideas as to why this is now stating this.
Thanks
Phil
Noit sure if this is part of the problem but there does not appear to be any .htaccess file anymore

You can order Re-installation service at http://www.magic-seo-url.com/updates/ but we will be able to help you only if your host supports custom php.ini file.

It is hard to test for non-technical users, but we will fully refund your payment if installation will be unsuccessful.
Re: [osCommerce] Zend Optimizer is not installed
Ok I have also emailed my host as it would appear that the .htaccess file has been removed and when i try to re upload it i get a 550 error... How do i comment out the script to prevent it from running until i can get this resolved please.

You can disable Magic SEO URL in any time by commenting out installation line in includes/application_top.php file.
