I've seen taht the problem is the same for contact_us.php and create_account.php (which are the pages taht MSU rewrites in default).
I suppose this will appear in every pages like that.
Modular_SEO_Header_Tags i s aquite common add-on donwloadble form the oscommerce page.
maybe is better to change the automatic rules of MSU to not rewrite this pages....
