[osCommerce] Adding New Pages

I want to add some new pages to my OScommerce installation and would like them to be included in Magic SEO URL. I have added the files to the filenames.php and created the files. I have alos reGened the .htaccess file. They appear fine in the site, but only with the ".php" extenstion, not ".html". How should I go about adding them so Magic SEO adds them to the ReWrite rules in the .htaccess file?
