I wonder if there is any documentation (e.g. user manual) for Magic SEO URLs for CubeCart V5.x available?

This tool has no GUI nor a reaonable documentation about config and more.

So we have have to 'believe' that there is something going on ???

There is a documentation available in docs/README-EN.html file. The description of settings can be found in includes/msu_tweak.ini file.
