[CRE Loaded] .htaccess file was not written

Hello, after un fresh install of CRE LOADED 6.4.1a i tried to install the magic seo module.
The problem i experiment, is that the .htaccess file doesnt get rewritten. Even changing permissions of the .htaccess file doesnt helped.

Please take a look into FAQ section in Manual.
