[CRE Loaded] Fancy-data cache query

Hi,
Am I right in thinking that each MSU altered url for my site is stored in the Fancy-Data cache?
And when i DELETE a product from my store the url remains in the cache?
Meaning over time the cache contains a number of urls which are no longer needed?
So I can delete all the info in Fancy-data (other than .htaccess) and MSU will re-add them to the cache as it continues working?
Do all of the current MSU created urls stay as they are or would there be any changes?
So basically, I'm asking can I delete all the Fancy-data files (other than .htaccess) and nothing will change on my site??
