I read some other posts though about how only *some* of the site links are being handled by MSU; indeed when I spidered my new site with Xenu just now (Quality Control) I find that the spider finds query string links. We went from http://test.bamboohq.com with our initial installation of MSU to http://www.bamboohq.com and this completely destroyed a perfectly good SEO'd site with 350 products, and dropped it back into junky query strings...
