Re: IIS performace isssue

I still an unhappy with the performance of the page loads - Is there a setup that involves storing the urls in the database rather than rewriting them on the fly?

Re: IIS performace isssue

I did some more testing tonight, we have too many visitors during the day to try to tweak. I enabled the default zencart category menu, rather than the css tree menu we are currently using and performance wasnt an issue. With the standard menu in place only a small portion of urls need to be transfo...

Re: IIS performace isssue

It is working fine and PHP and Zend optimizer are current. Is it true that the product rewrites all urls on each page? If so how many urls would it take to slow it down? I beleive there are about 100 menu items on the left in a tree menu. Is this the culprit? WOuld you like me to enable it so you ca...

IIS performace isssue

I am having an issue where when I add the line of code in the application_top file it slows down the loading of the page dramatically - One thing that might be causing the problem is how we have our menu setup. We have several sub categories that open in a tree menu that load on every page. I'm gues...

Re: [Zen Cart] MSU on IIS

sorry to waste your time - I assumed that since the directions only refered to chmod that windows was not affected. So I added the write permissions to the .htaccess file and all is well.

Great product - works perfectly so far.

Re: [Zen Cart] MSU on IIS

I have followed the instructions - and there is not much too the install - I am only accessing that file because the whole site goes blank and I am trying to gather more information.

Have you helped any other windows installations using ISAPI rewrite? I saw no other forum posts on it this.

Re: [Zen Cart] MSU on IIS

Ok I uploaded the file as binary and if I go here: http://www.hancockseed.com/includes/magic_seo_url.php instead of saying currpt it says: Warning: MSU configuration ini file was not found. Using default values.PHP Warning: array_flip() [function.array-flip]: The argument should be an array in C:\Ho...

[Zen Cart] MSU on IIS

I am having a problem with my installation - When I add the line of code to the application top file it causes a white blank screen. I have installed Zend Optimizer and ISAPI Rewrite 3. There is no code in the .htaccess file in the root folder and i am not sure what i am supposed to put there. Pleas...
