[ZenCart] Is MSU suitable for Windows server?

Postby username1 » Tue Jun 23, 2009 1:23 am

Thanks for your recent email confirming that it is not suitable for my windows application (you blame Isapi) I am trying to set it up on a different domain which is usinig Linux but with no joy.

How come you dont answer your emails anymore? Have tried these:

jirka.stavinoha AT inveoglobal.com
jirka.stavinoha AT magic-seo-url.com

Please can you help me as I have gone to the trouble of setting up a new Linux server, domain and am developing a new website, but you are being ignorant?

ISAPI Rewrite is buggy software (and anyone can prove this) and for that reason we recommend using IIS Mod-Rewrite when IIS server is used instead.
We have so many clients using Windows Server successfully so the question is not whether Windows Server is suitable or not, but how to setup everything correctly and use required software.

We likely do not receive your email messages due to the Spam filer, because lot of store owners are using same SMTP server for spamming their customers and also for normal messaging and according to your tone this would be the case.

You are always welcome with your troubles, but please do not make personal attacks, read Web Forum Rules.

You did not post your store URL or problem you are having so I can not help you more at this time.
