I have reinstalled Magic SEO URL and MSU sitemaps again to see if I can get rid of my 404 errors in Google. Fact is I have been able to.

This is the summary:

This looks as a server side issue (unstable server, not working mod_rewrite etc.), because as you may noticed, if you try to reach listed URLs, they work fine.

Okay I hear what you are saying but checked with ISP and say the rewrite func is working fine.

Here is part of my .htaccess from the root. Can you see anything particular wrong because I see some messages that indicate that the Magic SEO URL is producing like.

Your .htaccess file is fine, and currently your web server is also working. The problem is that, at the time of crawling, your store server has not been fine... Hope it is clear now.
