Hello, I'm installing MSU for a client. I already installed it for other clients, but this one is on different server.

MSU version: 2 (where may I find exact version?)
Zen Cart version: 1.3.9.x
PHP version: 5.2.13
Zend Version: 3.3.9

The website is being moved from a hosting provider to another. Actually I'm working on the new server, so I added a row in my hosts file to view the new 'version' of the website. Could this be a problem?

I'm sure magic_seo_url.php get loaded since I had a 500 error due to ascii mode transfer file. Then I uploaded the file in binary and the 500 error disappeared, but it seems it's doing nothing.

I've seen some reply to search in the troubleshooting/faq section of the manual but if you refer to the readme file in docs folder, I didn't find the solution for this issue.

What may I do?

I forgot to mention, of course I modified htaccess and fancy-data permission to be writable.

For the file I tried from 666 to 777, for the folder from 755 to 777.

Nothing changes and I get no errors from Zen Cart debug tool (working, since it previously logged the error about ascii/binary trouble).

Another spec: nothing changed in the domain, but I don't know which domain my client asked for (they didn't succeed in making MSU work on previous server (server problems)).

The domain should be www.lvperformance.com, could you verify if you have this domain on your records?

Please make sure you have carefully followed installation instructions and also make sure "readonly-htaccess" has been deleted (otherwise .htaccess file will not be generated).

Hello, I double-checked everything and unfortunately still not working.

I dunno exactly how MSU works but, since it's not only a htaccess trouble but also the url don't get rewritten, it seems to me that could be related to the domain (well, let's say that in the forum I saw that these kind of issues happened only in situations where the domain slightly differ from the one for which the script was compiled).

Could be something else?

Or maybe who bought the script made a typo with the domain or so. Have you checked the domain?

We do not see any other problems (your domain name match the license).
