I installed MSU a couple of days ago, and so far, really like it!

One thing I noticed today is that some of my product URLs are not being rewritten as expected. For example, I have a bark collar, that doesn't have the main and subcategory listed in the URL, only the product. The URL looks like this:

http://www.ktpetsupply.com/petsafe-citr ... -1344.html

I'm not sure it's a big deal (or even a problem with MSU for that matter), but what would cause that to happen? The majority of the URLs are just fine.

It will be probably caused by linked product Zen Cart feature. Please look into includes/msu_tweak.ini for "Master Category Assigning" (use_master_category) option and also check how primary category for this product is set in ZC administration.

I figured this was a database issue. Turns out, many of the master categories were set at 0 in the database. I just reset the master categories and voila!
