my host said "You need to turn the cache option off for your HTML rewrite modification or we will be forced to turn it off permanently for you."

This is using to much resources and caching will do not good on SEO results. So please turn it off immediately and let us know when this has been completed.

They are saying your program is using to many resources which i think is bs is there anyway for you to fix this?

Basically, yes it is bs. There may be some troubles with cache (lot of small files => little higher space usage), but no issue with load.

Resources means load, not space in this case (troubles with space may happen with 500 000+ records in database).
