I have installed the Magic SEO per instructions. My URLs for main pages and categories are coming up fine. I am getting the following error when you click on a product to bring up the product information:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mdsoptics.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can this be fixed?

We checked your site and it is not new MSU installation. MSU have been running there over the year. If your site stop working recently, it means there was a server change which break it.
Please make sure your .htaccess file is not corrupted and then contact your server administrator for assistance.

I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Now I am getting the error.

I did a fresh install on the site. Uploaded all new files and then generated the .htaccess file as instructed. Now I have the problem.

HTTP 500 Error code is server side problem. We can not do anything with that.
