I have instal Magic SEO Url.
I have not understood to point 9:

and/or create new blank file with readonly-htaccess name in same directory (this will prevent www/.htaccess file from being overwritten by Inveo Magic SEO URLs).

I can create new rows with that name (readonly-htaccess)?
What I must put to us within?

I have old formulations in .htaccess... where I put to them now?

It should be blank file with no extension named "readonly-htaccess".

If you need to redirect Ultimate SEO URL, all you need to do is to put their Rewrite Rules after RewriteBase line.
