[Zen Cart] How to install

When uploading the Magic SEO files to my server, should they be going straight to the root directory of my website? Or the directory where Zencart is stored? I've tried uploading to the root directory once before, but was concerned when it asked me if I wanted to overwrite things. Will the upload overwrite any files?

To directory where Zen Cart is placed as described in the Manual.

No existing files are overwritten during installation.
