Update version has been send, but I don't think it helps you - I compared sources of your previous and latest version and there are no changes in the code responsible to categories 4,5.
I guest it is caused by old or incorrectly configured mod_rewrite on the web server, because 4,5 categories requires ${REQUEST_URI} variable to contain correct data, so my recommendation is to ask host to update Apache to latest version.
