Whenever you acces my website,
Instead of the domain appearing as:
http://www.domain.com/

Mine appears as:

http://domain.com

This is including all internal pages.
How do I change this?

It depends on your site configuration at the time of order. If your site setup has been http://domain.com, Magic SEO URL is configured same way in order to match your setup.

There is nothing wrong if you are using http://domain.com (http://www.domain.com format is deprecated).
