Installed Magic SEO for Oscommerce this afternoon and all of the product category links are still using the old URL format, and all of these links are broken.

Can you tell me what is causing this?

Please disable your original SEO URLs in osCommerce admin panel and add your old Rewrite Rules to the bottom of newly generated. htaccess file (by doing so Magic SEO URLs will redirect all your current URLs to new locations.).
