Hi,

I'm having trouble when removing an item from the basket in Cubecart 3. I have a quick checkout mod on my site which shortens the number of steps involved in checkout.

When I click "remove" the link is shown as being http://www.example.com/shop/cart.php?act=step4&remove=2:27|4 but I get the error that

Internet explorer cannot display the webpage....This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

•Internet connectivity has been lost.
•The website is temporarily unavailable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As I already wrote you by email: I was unable to reproduce this problem. Removing an item from the basket works fine in all browser I have tried (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera).

The other important note is that URL http://www.example.com/shop/cart.php?act=step4&remove=2:27|4 is not rewritten so it can not be caused by MSU (you can prove it if you temporary disable MSU).
