Please take a look more carefully to installation instructions or FAQ section in the Manual (it is first question there).

The first question is "How can I re-generate the .htaccess file content?" I DON'T WANT TO RE-GENERATE THE .HTACCESS FILE. It is due to this that my website stops working. I need a way to install the script without regenerating my current .htaccess file.

Is there anyway of doing this?
