Can I stop the .htaccess file for being rewritten for one URL but let the rest continue to be rewritten as they are created?
Would like create_account.php to stop being overwritten to account/create.html

You can do so by changing the link to this file (to create_account.php?noseo for example - to something what is not recognized by Magic SEO URLs).
Magic SEO URLs are now available for
