You will have to compare your file with the original one and find out what is missing or hire a coder (it is general PHP issue).

But how come when the SEO is uninstalled I don't get the white page?????

Magic SEO URL requires properly installed CRE Loaded store (it is described in requirements) and as you can see from your errors you have posted it on this case.

I got onto my hosting account and they say that the ZEND can-not be used on my host account?????????????

This must be the problem....

Still cant understand how it is not working for the change of currency in the products_info.php page but working every else.

If you have installed Magic SEO URL and you don't see a message "Zend Optimizer is not installed" then Zend Optimizer is loaded.
In short: it is not caused by Zend Optimizer. If you want to get rid of your troubles, please focus your view to my previous posts.
